Advocacy &
Representation

Using public platform and lived experience to advocate for mental health, support survivors of domestic abuse, stand with the LGBTQ+ community, and pressure government for crucial legislative reforms.

Using My Platform for Change

Representation and advocacy are not performative — they are built from lived experience, honest conversations, and a refusal to stay silent. I use my public status and platforms across media and social networks to shine a light on issues that affect real lives every day.

Mental Health Advocacy & Transparent Journeys

I regularly share honest life updates regarding my own mental health journey. Living in the public eye comes with unique pressures, and by being transparent about the challenges and triumphs, I aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health difficulties.

I actively encourage followers and supporters to share their own journeys, to talk openly, and never suffer in silence. Reaching out for professional help when needed is an act of strength, and nobody should have to navigate their darkest moments alone.

Domestic Abuse Awareness, Self-Love & Self-Care

Having experienced Domestic Abuse and Violence, I use my voice to raise urgent awareness on the realities of abusive relationships. A central focus of my message is empowering survivors by highlighting the fundamental importance of self-love, self-worth, and dedicated self-care during recovery and beyond.

Rebuilding your life after domestic abuse takes time and courage. I work to remind survivors that they are not to blame, that healing is possible, and that there is a supportive community and dedicated resources ready to help.

LGBTQ+ Community Support

I am a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, championing inclusivity, safety, and equal representation across the creative industries, broadcast media, and wider society. Whether through mentoring, panels, or public support, I stand with LGBTQ+ individuals facing discrimination or hardship.

Campaigning & Government Legal Reform

I am always supporting campaigns and regularly utilize my platforms and public status to push for systemic changes, building public awareness to pressure the UK Government and Parliament on crucial legal issues:

  • Equality Act 2010 — Children-In-Care & Care Leavers: Campaigning to add Children-In-Care and Care Leavers as a legally protected characteristic under the Equalities Act 2010, ensuring lifelong equality of opportunity and statutory protection against discrimination.
  • Characteristic Protection for Public Figures: Seeking formal recognition and status for High-Profile figures, Celebrities, and Prominent citizens to be granted characteristic protection both within their professional industry and in their separate personal/private lives.
